Return Policy – PitStop Diecast

At www.pitstopdiecast.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with the products you ordered, you have the legal right to return them under the following conditions:

1. Right of Return

In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer protection, you have the right to return products ordered online within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

To request a return, please email us at contact@pitstopdiecast.com, mentioning your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, in the original packaging, and must include all accessories and documents.

Opened, scratched, damaged, or incomplete products will not be accepted for return.

If you ordered multiple units of the same product, only one item may be opened and must be returned in perfect condition. The remaining products must be sealed and intact.

Any free gifts or promotional items received with the purchased product must also be returned. Otherwise, the refund cannot be processed.

3. Products That CANNOT Be Returned

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Products sold as part of special promotions or large discounts

  • Free gifts or products without invoice/proof of purchase

4. Return Method and Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned in protective packaging, using a courier of your choice.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product or proof of shipment, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • For payments made by card or bank transfer: refund will be issued to the same account

  • For cash on delivery orders: refund will be issued via postal money order

Initial shipping fees will not be refunded, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or was defective.

No additional fees will be charged for refund processing.

6. Damaged Packages

All orders are carefully packed and shipped in perfect condition. However, if the package shows signs of damage upon delivery, please:

  • Refuse the package and ask the courier to issue a Damage Report.

Without such a document, we cannot accept returns for damaged products, and the responsibility lies with the buyer.

This procedure is necessary to ensure a smooth return process for both parties.
